Cancellation & Payment Policy

By registering, you agree to the following:

1. No Refunds or Transfers

• All payments are non-refundable — no exceptions.

• No transfers, credits, or makeup classes are allowed.

2. Schedule Changes

• Dates, times, locations, and instructors may change.

• You will be notified of any updates.

3. Payment Schedule

• Deposit due at registration to hold your spot.

• First payment due 2 weeks before class.

• Final payment due 2 days before class.

• Late or missed payments may result in cancellation with no refund.

4. Payment Method

• All payments are made online.

• Classes are held in person.

Non-Compete & Non-Solicitation Agreement

By participating in Lauren B’s Jr. Beauty Boot Camp (“the Program”), I agree:

1. No Competing
   I will not create, host, or participate in any similar or competing programs, classes, or events using the Program’s name, concept, materials, or audience — indefinitely.

2. No Soliciting
   I will not contact or recruit Program students, families, staff, vendors, or partners for any similar or competing service — indefinitely.

3. Confidentiality
   All Program materials and methods are private. I will not copy, record, share, or reuse them without written permission.

4. Legal Action
   I understand violations may result in legal action, including damages and other remedies.

5. Acknowledgment
   I understand and accept these terms as legally binding​

Parent/Guardian Consent, Liability Waiver, and Release of Claims

IMPORTANT: THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT. BY SIGNING THIS FORM, YOU GIVE UP CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

Program Overview:

Lauren B’s Jr. Beauty Boot Camp (“the Program,” “we,” or “us”) is a traveling, hands-on youth cosmetology workshop covering hair styling, artificial hair application, makeup, eyelashes and adhesives, hot tools, sewing needles and thread, and other cosmetology practices. Classes take place at various venues in different cities and are drop-off programs in which children are left in the care of trained staff and instructors.

1. Assumption of Risk

I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian of the minor child named below (“Participant”), understand that participation in Lauren B’s Jr. Beauty Boot Camp involves potential risks, including but not limited to:

• Use of hot tools (curling irons, flat irons, etc.)

• Use of sharp objects (scissors, needles, etc.)

• Use of chemicals and adhesives (hair products, eyelash glue, etc.)

• Possible allergic reactions

• Accidental cuts, burns, or other injuries

• Interaction with other children and staff

• Temporary separation from parents or guardians

I understand and acknowledge that such risks are inherent in the activities of the Program and that injuries may occur. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of loss, personal injury, allergic reaction, illness, property damage, or death that may be sustained by the Participant during or as a result of participation in the Program, whether caused by the negligence of the Program, its staff, volunteers, contractors, the venue, or otherwise.

2. Release of Liability and Waiver of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Lauren B’s Jr. Beauty Boot Camp, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, sponsors, volunteers, and the host venues from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by the Participant or to any property belonging to me or the Participant.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Personal injury or death

• Property damage or loss

• Allergic reactions

• Burns or cuts

• Emotional distress

• Lost or missing children

• Any claims of negligence

3. Drop-Off and Supervision Policy

I understand that Lauren B’s Jr. Beauty Boot Camp is a drop-off program. I agree that I am voluntarily leaving my child in the care of the Program’s staff and that I remain solely responsible for timely pick-up and communication. I understand that staff will make reasonable efforts to supervise participants but cannot guarantee constant direct observation or prevent all accidents.

4. Emergency Medical Authorization

I authorize the Program and its staff to provide or seek emergency medical treatment for the Participant as deemed necessary. I agree to be financially responsible for any medical treatment or emergency services rendered.

5. Photography and Media Release

I grant Lauren B’s Jr. Beauty Boot Camp the right to photograph, video record, and use images, recordings, or testimonials of the Participant for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes, without compensation. If I do not agree, I will notify the Program in writing prior to the workshop.

6. Venue Disclaimer

I understand that the venue hosting Lauren B’s Jr. Beauty Boot Camp is not affiliated with or responsible for the Program or its participants. I agree to hold the venue and its employees harmless from all claims, injuries, losses, or damages related to the Program.

7. Governing Law and Severability

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the workshop is held. If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

8. Acknowledgment and Consent

I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the Participant and that I have read and understand this Consent and Waiver Form. I acknowledge that I am signing this agreement voluntarily and that I have had the opportunity to ask questions.

9. Non-Certification Disclaimer

I understand and agree that Lauren B’s Jr. Beauty Boot Camp is not a licensing or certification course, and does not qualify participants to perform cosmetology services professionally. The program is provided for educational and recreational purposes only. Participation in the program does not grant any formal credentials, certifications, or rights to perform cosmetology services in any capacity
