Her journey into the beauty industry began during one of the hardest seasons of her life. After losing her mother at just 16 years old, cosmetology became more than hair, it became healing. It gave her focus, purpose, and a safe space to grow during a time when life could have easily taken her down the wrong path. Through faith, determination, and passion, Lauren B. turned her pain into purpose

Today, Lauren B. travels across the country teaching beginner and advanced cosmetology techniques while helping students build confidence, discipline, and financial independence. What started as a dream has now impacted students in over 40 cities nationwide, with boot camps continuing to expand across the United States and internationally.

At Braid Boss Boot Camp, braiding is viewed as more than a hairstyle, it is a skill that can create opportunities, income, and freedom.
