Lauren B. is the founder of Lauren B’s Jr Beauty Boot Camp, a hands-on youth cosmetology experience designed to inspire confidence, creativity, and purpose in the next generation.

 

Her journey into the beauty industry began during one of the hardest seasons of her life. After losing her mother at just 16 years old, cosmetology became more than hair and makeup, it became healing. It gave her focus, purpose, and a safe space to grow during a time when life could have easily taken her down the wrong path. Through faith, determination, and passion, Lauren B. turned her pain into purpose.

Today, Lauren B. travels across the country teaching youth ages 10–17 real beauty skills while helping students build confidence, discipline, and self-worth. What started as a dream has now impacted students in over 40 cities nationwide, with boot camps continuing to expand across the United States and internationally.

At Lauren B’s Jr Beauty Boot Camp, beauty is viewed as more than appearance, it is empowerment. Every boot camp experience is designed to create lasting memories, teach valuable life skills, and remind young people that their future is limitless.
