By signing below, the Organization agrees to the following:

Lauren B’s Junior Beauty Camp, its owner, employees, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for Personal injury, Allergic reactions, Property damage, Loss or theft of personal items, Accidents occurring before, during, or after the event

The Organization agrees to: Supervise participants appropriately, Ensure all participants have parental consent forms signed, Maintain a safe and suitable environment for programming

The Organization shall not, following the event date and indefinitely, replicate the Camp’s programs, solicit its staff, or use its branding, curriculum, materials, or intellectual property without prior written consent. All such property remains exclusively owned by the Camp in perpetuity.

The Organization understands and agrees that participation in cosmetology-related activities carries inherent risks and assumes full responsibility for participants.

The Organization agrees not to file claims, lawsuits, or legal action against Lauren B’s Jr. Beauty Camp, its owner, employees, contractors, or representatives

The Organization agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lauren B’s Jr. Beauty Camp, its owner, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising out of the Organization’s event, venue conditions, or participant behavior.

The Organization grants permission for Lauren B’s Junior Beauty Camp to photograph and record video during the event for marketing and promotional use. The Organization grants media use permission.
