At Beauté & Co. Collective, every order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure your luxury unit arrives beautifully and securely.

PROCESSING TIME
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING TIME
Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow approximately 5–7 business days for delivery. Shipping time begins once your package has been accepted by the carrier and is separate from our processing time.

FREE U.S. SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED. For the protection of your purchase, all Beauté & Co. Collective packages require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery to sign for your package, you will be able to retrieve your package at your local post office (USPS).

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Processing and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Beauté & Co. Collective is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please carefully review your name and shipping address before completing your purchase. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

LOST, STOLEN OR MISPLACED PACKAGES
Once a package has been marked as delivered and signed for, Beauté & Co. Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Any delivery concerns should be reported directly to the shipping carrier (USPS).
