This agreement shall be effective on date signed (hereinafter refered to as the EFFECTIVE DATE) and will remain effective indefinetly. Parent/Guardian and anyone affilated with the Parent/Guardian,hereby agrees that he/she will not manage, operate, advise, own, control, consult with,or permit his/her name to be used by and business that competes with or atempts to in anyway duplicate, replicte or mirror Lauren B's Jr Beauty Boot Camp.
