By Signing i consent to my child working with hot tools (flat iron hair straightener or curling iron), gel nail polish, makeup, sewing needle and thread and artifical hair. I understand the risk that may be associated with these items. I understand that the owner of Lauren B's Jr Beauty Boot camp and its employees/agents will not be held liable or responsible for any injuries sustained from these items. I consent to photos and videos of my child and I being taken before, during, and after class (photos and videos will be uploaded on social media and/or company website for marketing and advertising purposes). I am aware that The owner of Lauren B's Jr Beauty Camp and its Employees and/or agents are not liable and will not be held accountable for responsiblity/liability of attendees (your child), damages to items in beauty kit, personal items, or bodily injuries sustained on or off the premises where class is being held. I am aware that the owner of Lauren B's Jr Beauty boot camp will take legal action against me or anyone assoicated with me, if curriculum, concept or idea of Lauren B's Jr Beauty Boot Camp, is copied , reenacted or mimiced in any way. I am aware that all payments are NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE. I am aware that no lost or broken items will be replaced at the expense of the owner of Lauren's Jr Beauty Boot camp or its employees/agents.

I accept terms & conditions... NON COMPETE AGREEMENT PARTIES. This non-compete agreement is entered into effect on date submitted, by and between "Lauren Sharp" (hereinafter referred to as the "owner of Lauren B's Jr beauty boot camp"), and "I (person signing contact)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Parent or Guardian"), with an address that is listed above, (Collectively referred to as the "Parties"). TERM- This agreement shall be effective on the date of submitted (hereinafter referred to as the "effective date", and will remain in effect indefinitely. I, (THE PARENT/GUARDIAN" and anyone affiliated with me , hereby agrees that he/she will during the term of this contract, refrain from engaging in any business or company that is competitive or attempts to in anyway duplicate , replicate or mirror Lauren B's jr beauty boot camp's business, activity and scope of work. As a result, "I" the customer who is submitting this form "parent/guardian" or anyone affiliated with me, will not engage in any business or work that competes with Lauren B's Jr Beauty Boot Camp's business activity. I agree that myself or anyone affiliated with me "the parent/guardian" will not manage, operate, advise, control, consult, or permit my name to be used by any business that competes or with attempts to in anyway way duplicate, replicate, or mirror Lauren B's Jr Beauty Boot camp
