Cancellation & Payment Policy By registering, you agree to the following: 1. No Refunds or Transfers * All payments are non-refundable — no exceptions. * No transfers, credits, or makeup classes are allowed. 2. Schedule Changes * Dates, times, locations, and instructors may change. * You will be notified of any updates. 3. Payment Schedule * Deposit due at registration to hold your spot. * First payment due 2 weeks before class. * Final payment due 2 days before class. * Late or missed payments may result in cancellation with no refund. 4. Payment Method * All payments are made online. * Classes are held in person. Non-Compete & Non-Solicitation Agreement By participating in Lauren B’s Jr. Beauty Boot Camp (“the Program”), I agree: 1. No Competing I will not create, host, or participate in any similar or competing programs, classes, or events using the Program’s name, concept, materials, or audience — indefinitely. 2. No Soliciting I will not contact or recruit Program students, families, staff, vendors, or partners for any similar or competing service — indefinitely. 3. Confidentiality All Program materials and methods are private. I will not copy, record, share, or reuse them without written permission. 4. Legal Action I understand violations may result in legal action, including damages and other remedies. 5. Acknowledgment I understand and accept these terms as legally binding.
Consent, Liability Waiver & Release Form IMPORTANT: This is a legal document. Please read carefully. Program Description: Lauren B’s Jr. Beauty Boot Camp (“the Program”) is a fun, hands-on youth cosmetology workshop. Activities may include hairstyling, makeup, artificial hair, eyelashes, glue, hot tools, sewing needles, and more. Classes are drop-off only, and hosted at various venues in different cities. 1. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability I understand that my child’s participation may involve risks such as cuts, burns, allergic reactions, or other injuries. I voluntarily accept these risks. I agree to release and hold harmless Lauren B’s Jr. Beauty Boot Camp, its staff, volunteers, contractors, and the event venue from any and all liability, claims, or damages related to: Injury or accident Lost property Allergic reactions Lost or missing children Any other incident that may occur 2. Supervision & Drop-Off Policy I understand this is a drop-off program. I am responsible for drop-off and pick-up. Staff will supervise participants, but constant direct supervision is not guaranteed. 3. Medical Treatment In the event of an emergency, I authorize staff to seek medical care for my child. I agree to cover any associated costs. 4. Photos & Media I give permission for my child to be photographed or recorded for promotional or educational use. (If not, I will notify the Program in writing.) 5. Venue Not Liable I understand the event venue is not affiliated with or liable for any part of the Program. 6. No Certification Provided I understand this is a recreational program only. It does not provide any license, certification, or professional training.
